Support For Educators at All Levels
MathTrack tailors professional development to meet the needs of new teachers, experienced educators seeking high-quality learning, and instructional leaders aiming to implement systemic math curricula. Our programs offer personalized coaching, collaborative planning, and strategic frameworks to enhance teaching practices and align with district goals.
Collective Topic Selection
Fellows identify and choose mathematical topics of shared interest that they want to study together, drawing from the GROWTH in Action course offerings. This collaborative decision-making ensures that the fellowship experience is relevant, engaging, and tailored to the group’s professional learning goals.
Shared Study and Dialogue
Fellows engage in the GROWTH in Action courses on a chosen timeline, exploring three selected topics and modules together. Each study cycle includes collective learning and structured discussions, deepening understanding and connecting insights across the fellowship.
Local Application Strategy
Fellows develop practical strategies to carry their new learning forward into their own schools or districts. This step focuses on translating insights from the GROWTH in Action courses into context-specific plans that strengthen classroom practice and build capacity within their local education communities.
Professional Development Credits
MathTrack’s programs support educators in all States in meeting license renewal requirements. Courses are eligible for Professional Growth Plan (PGP) points and licensure renewal credits, aiding in the renewal of Proficient or Accomplished Practitioner licenses in all States.
