Finishing your bachelor's degree can be a real challenge
A bachelor’s degree is a requirement to becoming a fully licensed teacher, but finding the time to finish the coursework can be a daunting uphill climb. For many working educators, completing a degree program requires time they don't have in their day.
This is why MathTrack Institute (MTI) developed its Teaching Apprenticeship. MathTrack helps working educators make real progress through the work they do everyday in the classroom.
How does MathTrack do it?
MathTrack Apprenticeship
- Competency-based tracking, evaluation, and reflections.
- Mentorship from your school.
- Instructional assistant work is perfect, as is core classroom work.
Transfer Credits + University Coursework
- Up to 75% of bachelor's degree credit can come from the MathTrack Apprenticeship and previous college credit.
- Complete online coursework with accredited university partner.
- Can complete the coursework during the MathTrack Apprenticeship.
MathTrack Pre-Licensure Coursework
- Optional accelerated pathway to 5-12 mathematics licensure.
- Coursework includes mathematics for teaching, pedagogy, and state-required examination prep.
